Cancellation Policy

We do our best to honor every reservation and keep communication simple. Still, unforeseen events like severe weather, crew emergencies, or difficult delivery conditions may require us to cancel on short notice. We also reserve the right to refuse service if a drop-off is unsafe, overly difficult, or if a client is unwilling to work with us in a reasonable manner.
